Life Water Ionizers Reviews as a Company without a Better Business Bureau Accreditation

We tried our best to arrange our comparison chart and the information about them in a way which is pleasing to your eye and is not hard to read. When you buy your water ionizer we suggest that before you make your payment you read the fine print about the return policy and the warranty. Many of these companies state they have a 60 Day Return Policy when in reality they charge a large restocking fee if your return the item. Furthermore many companies hide the true details of their warranties behind the statement “Lifetime Warranty” which can mean a limited lifetime warranty or a lifetime warranty only on certain water ionizer models they sell, and not on the particular unit you are thinking of buying. Finally we suggest your visit the Better Business Bureau and research the company you are buying your water ionizer from. If you are paying a high price for one of the best water ionizers you want to also make sure that the company you buy from will stand behind the ionizer and previous customer experiences are the best way to research any company. Some of these name brand companies have many complaints on file and you may benefit from reading about others experiences BEFORE you buy.  In general the best criteria for making educated water ionizer comparisons are as follows:

1.  Check the Better Business Bureau – You don’t want to buy from a company that mistreats its customers, does not honor warranties, refuses to accept refunds / returns.

2.  Read the fine print on the warranty for the device you are purchasing.  Warranty information should clearly be disclosed on the company website and easily accessible.  If it is hidden away somewhere where it is hard to find and read then most likely there is some fine print which will void your warranty.

3.  Check the Return Policy and see if they will allow you to return the water ionizer and under what conditions.  Kangen water ionizers have a 30 Day Return policy only for UNUSED and UNOPENED water ionizers.  If the package has been opened or the Kangen unit has been used, well then its yours.  Other companies pull this stunt as well, you want to get a machine which CAN BE USED and returned within 30 to 60 days.  This is so you can drink the water and experience the health benefits, so you can see if it works for yourself.  How can you do this if you cannot return the machine if you have opened the packaging and used the machine?

4.  Companies will try to mislead you and “upsell you” by focusing on things like plates and watts (yet they will shy away and not disclose information about the return policy, warranty, and the Better Business Bureau).  Don’t be fooled!  If you take a look around about 10% of water ionizers have 3 plates, 75% of water ionizers have 5 plates, and of the remaining  15% almost all of these have 7 plates, there are only about 2 or 3 water ionizers that have 9 or 11 plates.  This is just an upsell, and they can continue forever to 12 plates, 14 plates, 20 plates or more.  This is how companies raise the price and try to convince you that you need to buy a machine with more plates and that more is better.  It is just nonsense.  I like to think of plates like cylinders in a car.  Most cars have 4 cylinders, 6 cylinders, or 8 cylinders.  You don’t see cars with 10 to 12 cylinders, except for race cars.  Do you need a race car to take you to work or the grocery store?  For just about all users 3 plates is economical, 5 plates is moderate to strong, and 7 plates is high performance.  They are like 4 to 6 to 8 cylinder car engines, you don’t need to keep increasing the cylinders.  Increasing the plates and watts actually leads to shorter lifespan of the electrolysis cell and higher energy consumption.  However these manufacturers cleverly tell you that you need more watts, because when you have more plates the wattage has to go up to power them, but they don’t tell you that this translates to decreased efficiency, higher energy usage, and shorter lifespan of the electrolysis chamber because of all the electricity flowing through there.

I hope the above advice helps you out in shopping for your water ionizer.  Wishing you the best in your new healthy alkaline lifestyle! Be sure not to stop with the water, research alkaline foods and an alkaline diet as well!
